We are Serge and Cindy, the proud new owners of this unique paradise! After years of living a stone’s throw from Schiphol Airport, immersed in the hustle and bustle of demanding careers, we completely turned our lives around. Instead of the roar of airplane engines, we now wake up to the sound of birds singing in the heart of authentic nature. And as soon as the sun sets, the pure air gives way to the greatest gift of this place: an infinite starry sky that leaves us speechless and spellbound in admiration every single night. Together with our two Ragdoll cats, Willem and Clyde, we have found our perfect sanctuary here.
Driven by our passion for cooking, a love for hospitality and connection, and a genuine interest in people, we open the doors of this paradise wide for you. The place
If you want company, you can join Cindy and Serge in the camp bar and later be surprised by the endless sunsets. At night, share stories at the Boma gathered around a warm fire under Alentejo skies. At camping Puro Alentejo anytime is a good time to arrive.

The region
Here in Alentejo, on the plate you have bread, pork and olives, the main ingredients of this delicious gastronomy that rivals in flavour with the Iberic “jamon” from Spain.
